Subject: concerts/musicals
Content: i have a question concerning the music aspect of things.  I was blessed to see Fred Hammond in concert, and Kurt Carr is coming here this weekend. My mother bought me a ticket to Fred Hammond, and I am not going to see Kurt Carr because I just refuse to pay any amount of money because to me that is just like paying to go to church.  When does it become a business and not done out of the love for God?  I know these are different times, but there used to be a time when Dorinda would come here almost every year and there would be no charge.  The last time the Clarks came, the tix were like 25 dollars on up.  What happened to the time when these artists would just depend on God instead of charging these outrageous prices just to guarantee a profit?
