Subject: My testimony
Content: My Testimony: First, I would like to thank God for being the head of my life and looking over me. One of my many testimonies began some years ago when I was dating a young lady for about 4 years. Things had started to getting a little rough in our relationship as I had found out she had a baby on the way by some other guy. Needless to say, I left the relationship, moved away and came back to give her a second chance because I realize people make mistakes sometime. Shortly after I recieved a phone call at my house from her in the middle of the night. She said someone was trying to break into her house, so I rushed over there thinking she called the police. When I get there, I see a guy in her house, so I go and break in the door in an effort to get him out, only to have a gun pointed in my face. I start backing outside as he continues to curse and shout about killing me. At this point, my life is flashing before my eyes, and I'm thinking a hundred miles a minute. I call on our lord to my self as I'm asking him to be cool with that gun. He's at the door and I'm in the yard about 10 feet away, so we are pretty close to each other. As Im backing up, and just as he fired the first shot toward me, I bumped into a tree. I turned and started running, as I got the end of the block he fired again and I can hear the bullet from the revolver hit the ground next to me. The story goes on, but from here you can see and understand that God has truely been good to me, and kept me alive so that I can live to see another day. This is the first time I testified about this and I want everyone to understand that I have forgiven this guy for his actions and I have prayed for him and for god to turn his life around for the good. This is my testimony. I know that someone will read this and understand that God is always working even when you think he's not.
